Moses, with his wife Nina, established MHA in 1999. Based in the Cupertino/Sunnyvale South Bay Area, he has provided his engineering expertise for countless clients.

Nina has managed the company's finances and day-to-day activities for decades. She has been vital in ensuring that things run smoothly and are done by-the-book.

Timothy Huang, P.E.

Owner, Professional Engineer, Manager

Timothy has worked alongside his parents since he was a teenager, throughout school and pursuing various interests. In the end, he decided to follow his fathers' footsteps and become a licensed civil engineer. He draws upon his parents' vast experience in the field to grow and advance the team.

Katherine Paulino-Huang

Engineering Assistant, Manager

Katherine studied in environmental & sustainable design, and works in applying the concepts of our next generation to the age-old practice of construction. In her free time she enjoys nature, illustration, painting, and crochet.

Nadia studied in environmental & sustainable design, and aids in drafting and engineering design.

Kevin Garcia
